We’re proud to share that Robyn Munt, founder of Wight Rural Hub and a champion of farm resilience on the Isle of Wight, has been nominated as a Regenerative Women Leader by Land Alive.
Robyn wears many hats—independent farm consultant, grazier and advocate for sustainable farming futures—and her work is rooted in the belief that strong, confident farmers are the backbone of a resilient agricultural sector. Her efforts consistently reflect this ethos, as she works to ensure that farmers not only survive but thrive in a changing world.
Through the Wight Rural Hub and her leadership of the Environmental Farmers Group of IOW, Robyn supports farm businesses in adapting to new challenges, unlocking environmental income streams, and safeguarding vital infrastructure like the Isle of Wight Grain Cooperative. She also lends strong support to Nunwell Farm, a pioneering enterprise led by two female farmers on the Island.
A key voice in local agriculture, Robyn also serves as the NFU Isle of Wight County Chair, representing the Island’s farming community on local and national issues. She’s an active part of her own family’s farming businesses and is passionate about diversity in farming—ensuring the next generation has the confidence, tools and opportunities they need.
Robyn’s nomination as a Regenerative Women Leader is a testament to her dedication to empowering others, supporting succession and driving forward positive change across our rural landscape.
Congratulations, Robyn—you continue to inspire us all.
