Farm Wight was founded by Robyn Munt, an Isle of Wight native with a background in law, accounting and over 15 years’ experience supporting farm businesses. Originally established as Wight Farm Admin in 2010, the business has grown into a respected independent consultancy, offering hands-on admin, strategic support and facilitation services to farms across the Island and beyond.

We bring people together — at kitchen tables, around boardroom tables, and in field corners — to talk honestly, plan wisely and build resilient farm businesses for the future.
